Raksha Bandhan, a festival symbolizing the bond between siblings, was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our school this year. The event was a delightful blend of traditional customs and modern festivities, showcasing the significance of this cherished occasion.

The day began with a special assembly at the top school of Faridabad where students and teachers gathered to learn about the history and importance of Raksha Bandhan. A brief presentation highlighted the festival's origins, which honor the protective bond between brothers and sisters. 

The principal emphasized the values of love, care, and mutual respect that the festival promotes, setting a reflective tone for the day. During the lunch break, a special event was held where students crafted rakhis. The handmade rakhis made by taksh shilas’ students was accompanied by heartfelt messages of goodwill and affection, reinforcing the values of Raksha Bandhan.
