MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION: EXPRESSING GRATITUDE FOR MOTHER’S SELFLESS SERVICE

“Mothers hold their child’s hand for a moment and their hearts for a lifetime.”

It goes without saying that being a mother is one of the toughest, most rewarding jobs out there.

But one day isn’t enough to show our gratitude for all their hard work and sacrifices to make us happy, safe, and well. They do so much for us, and sometimes, we don’t even realise that. So the least we can do is honor them whenever we get the chance.

 

At TakshShila Mother’s Day celebration was recently organized and a memorable and heartfelt Mother’s Day activities like card making, poster making, dance performances were conducted to honour and appreciate all the wonderful mothers in our students’ lives. The school actively engaged students in various activities and discussions about the significance of this special day. Teachers guided students to create handmade cards, write heartfelt messages, and prepare a special assembly for their mothers. A special monologue was performed by a student expressing true meaning of sacrifice and compassion which a child realises 

 

The Mother’s Day celebration at TakshShila was a resounding success, filled with love, appreciation, and heartfelt moments. It provided an opportunity for students to express their love and gratitude for their mothers, and for mothers to feel appreciated for their invaluable role.
